Who is responsible for your data
Tireless Travels Safari, Arusha, Tanzania, is responsible for personal information it receives for trip planning and booking administration. Privacy questions can be sent to tirelesslimited@gmail.com.
What this website collects
The current website does not use an on-site account system, card checkout, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The trip forms on the Safari, Trekking and Contact pages build a message locally in your browser. Your form answers are not sent anywhere by this website until you choose to continue to WhatsApp.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, preferences, budget or comfort information, and anything else you choose to share.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, recommend routes, prepare itineraries and quotations, administer a booking, coordinate suppliers, respond to support requests, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect legitimate business and traveler interests.
Where the EU/EEA GDPR applies, the legal basis will normally be steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the travel service, or consent where consent is specifically requested.
Who may receive information
Only information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose should be shared. Depending on the trip, recipients can include authorized Tireless Travels Safari team members and travel suppliers needed to prepare or operate an itinerary, such as accommodation providers, transport providers, guides, permit or park authorities. When you choose WhatsApp or email, those communications are also processed by the relevant service provider.
International processing
Tanzania-based travel planning is inherently international. WhatsApp, email providers and trip suppliers may process or store information in countries other than your own. Where a legal transfer mechanism is required, the responsible parties must use an appropriate mechanism under the applicable law.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and a limited follow-up period. Booking and transaction records may be retained longer where needed for contract administration, safety, tax, accounting, dispute handling or other legal obligations. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also object to direct marketing.
In Tanzania, concerns can be raised with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Individuals protected by the GDPR may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority in their country.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising, embedded social media, video platforms or other tracking technologies are added, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before those technologies are activated.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be used to protect personal data. No internet communication method is completely risk-free, so travelers should avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary messaging channels.

This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
