1. Scope
These booking terms apply to travel services arranged by Tireless Travels Safari unless a written trip-specific quotation or booking confirmation states additional or different terms. Trip-specific written terms form part of the booking contract.
2. Inquiry, quotation and booking
Sending a website form, WhatsApp message or email is an inquiry only. A booking is confirmed only after the traveler accepts the written itinerary and quotation, agrees to the applicable booking terms, and completes any confirmation step or payment specified in that quotation.
3. Prices and what is included
Website prices marked “from”, “about” or “indicative” are planning benchmarks, not binding offers. Final pricing depends on dates, group size, route, accommodation, permits, park fees, transport and supplier availability. The written quotation will identify what is included and excluded and the currency used.
4. Deposits, balance payments and cancellation
The exact deposit amount, balance due date, cancellation charges, non-refundable supplier costs and any refund conditions vary by itinerary and suppliers. These amounts and deadlines must be stated clearly in the written quotation or booking confirmation before the traveler pays. Travelers should not make payment until they have reviewed and accepted that schedule.
If a traveler requests cancellation, Tireless Travels Safari will apply the cancellation schedule accepted for that booking together with any unavoidable third-party charges already committed on the traveler’s behalf.
5. Changes requested by the traveler
Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Tireless Travels Safari will explain any material price or itinerary effect before a requested change is treated as confirmed.
6. Changes for safety, weather or circumstances beyond control
Safari and trekking itineraries can be affected by weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, park or government decisions, supplier disruption, safety concerns and other events beyond reasonable control. Where a material change is necessary, the operator will aim to offer a reasonable alternative consistent with traveler safety and the nature of the trip. Any resulting refund or additional cost depends on the circumstances, supplier rules and applicable law.
7. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for holding valid passports, visas, vaccinations or health documentation, travel insurance and any other documents required for their journey. Travelers must follow reasonable safety instructions from guides, park authorities and suppliers.
8. Trekking, health and insurance
Mountain and trekking activities involve altitude, weather, terrain and physical exertion. Travelers should disclose relevant limitations to the extent necessary for safe trip planning and seek medical advice where appropriate. Comprehensive travel insurance covering the planned activities, medical treatment, evacuation and cancellation is strongly recommended.
9. Third-party suppliers
Accommodation, transport, permits and other components may be supplied by independent third parties. Tireless Travels Safari remains responsible for its own contractual obligations but cannot promise that third parties will never change operations, schedules or facilities.
10. Complaints
Please raise any issue as soon as possible during the trip so the team has a fair opportunity to help. Post-trip concerns can be sent to tirelesslimited@gmail.com with the booking name, travel dates and a clear description of the issue.
11. Governing law and mandatory rights
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, the booking relationship is governed by the laws applicable in Tanzania. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
